陳小鋒，男，1988年7月生，理學博士，副研究員，博士生導師，海南省D類高層次人才。
主要研究方向為微流控芯片的設計與開發，及其在生命健康領域（如腫瘤早期篩查，無創産前診斷，食品安全，環境健康與環境毒理等）的應用。近五年以第一作者（或共同第一作者）發表SCI收錄論文6篇，累計影響因子~60分；參與編寫專著1部；獲授權發明專利1項，實用新型專利1項；主持國家自然科學基金青年項目1項。
